James L. Thornton Memorial Scholarship (also in memory of Janine A. Thornton)
Remembering and celebrating the lives of two special children.
One of our goals is to get the word to our young drivers about the awesome responsibilities they have when they get behind the wheel of a vehicle. It is just as important for our youth to understand their rights and responsibility when they enter a vehicle as a passenger.
"Safety is not an option!"
"Make safety a priority!"
